We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They assisted us in organizing transportation to the hotel and were responsive to our messages regarding delays. All hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near transportation and parking options. we were very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff.

Everything was fantastic.

The breakfast was decent and some staff members were accommodating. The rooms had hot water and were cleaned daily. Some rooms had working refrigerators and bathrooms with functional vent fans.

The noise level from staff and other guests were disruptive at times.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I appreciated the friendly and helpful reception staff who assisted me with transportation to the hotel and made me feel welcome. I enjoyed the okay breakfast that was served. the hotel is conveniently located in a key location which made it easy to access various tourist attraction sites.

the actual room looked different from the pictures on the hotel's website. the water pressure was low in my room which made showering uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in a central area with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly and provided useful information about the area. The air conditioning worked great in my room and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel lacks soundproofing, and the noise from the reception area and neighboring rooms can be disruptive to sleep. The shower head in my room was broken, and adjusting the water temperature was difficult.

The staff at Citystay West were incredibly responsive and helpful during my stay. They went out of their way to assist with any needs or concerns I had, providing excellent customer service. I felt well taken care of and appreciated their efforts.

Although the pictures on the website may not fully reflect the property, I found the hotel to be fair in terms of its amenities and overall atmosphere. The bedding did have some stains, which was a bit unpleasant, but it did not detract significantly from my stay.
